Our flavours are produced from raw materials in line with the standards established by the FEMA GRAS list (Flavour and Extract Manufacturers' Association - Generally Recognised as Safe).

Our quality control department ensures that all our products undergo the most rigorous and stringent quality control procedures before shipment to our customers.

For your added assurance Matrix also has the following certifications: ISO 9001, HALAL (fully certified) and KOSHER (selected flavours). HACCP certification is in process.
