Natural Bleash Sdn Bhd was established in 1994, to design, manufacture and market cost-effective bleaching earths. These bleaching earths are essential for the refining of the edible oils. The bleaching earths business compliments Matrix Sdn Bhd's very successful business of supplying machinery to edible oil refineries.

Products
Bleaching eath is the most important chemical utilised in the refining of oils & fats, where it purifies, decolorizes and imparts stability to the refined oil. In fact, its use is ubiquitous in the edible oil refining industry. Although bleaching earths are primarily used in the refining of edible oils and fats, they can also be widely used for refining non-edible oils, such as industrial triglycerides, transformer oils, mineral oils, parafins and waxes.

Raw Materials
Bleaching earth is manufactured from naturally occurring clay. Highly qualified scientists identify our raw-clay deposits and the clay is only mined after extensive testing and approval procedures. The strategic reserves of our high-quality raw material ensure continuity of quality and supply for many years to come.

Quality Control
Quality control begins at the mine, where the chosen raw clay is selectively mined under the watchful eyes of our mining specialists. Any impurities are removed and the quality of clay is verified before being sent to our factory. The raw clay lumps are protected from contamination during the journey.

Processing
At the factory, the clay is processed to develop its bleaching performance & filtration properties. Our well-equipped, quality-control laboratories test the key properties of the bleaching earth with equipment of the highest standard. This includes a Lovibond automatic colour measuring instrument, a Laser particle-size analyser and an AMA pressure-leaf filter system.
